The Company Management, in its daily operations of:
“PRODUCTION AND MARKETING OF PROFILED SHEET AND INSULATED SANDWICH PANELS”,
has opted for the implementation of an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety in accordance with the standards UNE EN ISO 9001:2015, UNE EN ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, with the purpose of integrating quality, environmental protection and pollution prevention, as well as occupational risk prevention into the overall management approach. Compliance with legal requirements, as well as other internal or external applicable requirements, is considered a fundamental part of this management system.
The Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Policy established by the company ensures that it is appropriate to the services provided and consistent with their nature, scope, environmental impacts, and risks to the health and safety of all involved. Therefore, the Management commits to:
1. Continuously meet the requirements of external and internal clients and all interested parties, ensuring their highest possible satisfaction by analyzing the context of the Organization.
2. Foster a culture of integrated management based on service quality, environmental protection, and the health and safety of our employees and contractors, by training and motivating personnel to:
a) Fully satisfy all our stakeholders, while minimizing the environmental impact of our activities through the control of significant environmental aspects and those related to the rational consumption of natural resources, efficient waste management, and pollution prevention.
b) Provide safe and healthy working conditions, by eliminating hazards and reducing risks.
c) Encourage the participation and consultation of workers and their representatives.
3. Internally communicate the contents of the Policy, Programs, and Objectives on Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety, promoting actions for participation, awareness, information, and both theoretical and practical training, integrating our suppliers and clients into the commitment. This policy will also be displayed in visible places and made available to the public or any interested parties who request it.
4. Commit to complying with legal, regulatory, and other requirements that the Organization endorses regarding Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety, and to continuously improve the effectiveness of the management system, minimizing risks and preventing pollution.
5. Carry out our activities with a focus on the health of our employees, contractors, and other interested parties.
6. Support and promote the efforts of the ARCELORMITTAL Group in achieving the goal of decarbonization by 2050, and contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) outlined in the 2030 Agenda.
This Quality, Environmental & Occupational Health & Safety Policy is mandatory for all Company Personnel and serves as a framework for establishing and reviewing objectives in this area, evaluating the risks and opportunities of the Organization.
The Company Management assumes leadership in the implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS), and will review this Management Policy annually to ensure its relevance and appropriateness, and will propose feasible objectives and targets to deploy this policy in pursuit of continuous improvement of the implemented system, committing to provide the necessary resources.
